Our Story
Getting older was never supposed to mean getting smaller.
We believe that a person is more than their diagnosis, their symptoms, or their age might suggest.
StillMe is a social movement for anyone who believes this, too.
This is a movement to build community, challenge stigma, and create spaces where everyone belongs, at any age, at any stage.
StillMe is a social movement
Did you know that after a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia, many people's social circles actually shrink?Β It's time for a major shift.
If you believe people deserve to be seen for who they are, join us.
Together, we can:
- Crush outdated myths and stereotypes
- Increase understanding of dementia
- Open hearts and minds, shaping new perceptions
- Spark a groundswell of support
- Elevate the voices of people impacted by dementia
- Create a more open and inclusive community

When we focus on the person over the disease, we can:
- Find hope every day
- Build confidence, with tools and tips to live better
- Talk about it openly, without shame or judgment
- Share what we learn with family and friends, so they know how to stay involved, too
We're working to change the way our community sees and connects with people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia.
